Delivery Times
Hawaii Delivery
Standard Shipping (2-4 business days)
Most orders to Oahu arrive in 2-3 business days. Neighbor islands typically receive orders in 3-4 business days.
Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days)
Priority delivery to all Hawaiian islands. Orders placed before 2 PM HST may ship the same day.
Mainland U.S. Delivery
Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
Ships via USPS or UPS Ground. Tracking provided.
Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
Priority delivery via UPS or FedEx.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Processing
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM HST on business days will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another email with tracking information when your order ships.
Package Tracking
All shipments include tracking. You will receive:
- Email notification when your order ships
- Tracking number and carrier information
- Link to track your package in real-time
- Estimated delivery date
If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via the following carriers:
- USPS (United States Postal Service) - Most Hawaii deliveries
- UPS (United Parcel Service) - Expedited and mainland deliveries
- FedEx - Select expedited deliveries
Address Requirements
Accurate Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
PO Boxes
We can ship to PO boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping options may not be available for PO box addresses.
Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
We ship to APO/FPO addresses at standard U.S. shipping rates. Delivery times may vary.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors and contact the carrier. We will assist with carrier claims for lost packages.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will replace the product or issue a refund.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Special Circumstances
Weather Delays
Hawaii weather (heavy rain, tropical storms) may occasionally cause shipping delays. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), shipping times may be extended. We recommend ordering early for holiday gifts.
Large or Bulk Orders
For fleet operators or large quantity orders, please contact us for special shipping arrangements and volume discounts.
