This warranty applies to genuine XADO products purchased from XADO Hawaii or authorized dealers within Hawaii. Products must be properly installed according to instructions and used in passenger vehicles under normal operating conditions.
Our money-back guarantee is valid for 60 days from purchase date, provided the product has been used for at least 500 miles. Product defect warranties are valid for one year from purchase date for unopened products, or 60 days for opened products.
To file a warranty claim, contact us via email or phone with your proof of purchase, product details, and description of the issue. We may request additional documentation such as compression test results or photos. Approved claims will be processed within 10 business days.
This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product, or refund of the purchase price at our discretion. We are not liable for consequential damages, installation costs, or any damages beyond the product purchase price. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.
XADO is an additive treatment and should not affect your vehicle manufacturer's warranty. However, we recommend consulting your dealer if you have concerns about a new vehicle warranty. XADO Hawaii is not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer.
